Hello everyone! I am giving a five  star recommendation to Ken Wood, Medicare Insurance Broker of Best Access Insurance.  He has been assisting me with the selection of both my Medicare supplemental and prescription drug insurance coverage for a number of years now. Each time he has been incredibly patient and supportive, guiding me to the least expensive but  best coverage possible.  I am a single senior who, though not totally illiterate computer-wise, still lack a great deal of patience and know-how when struggling through all the different plans and information. Ken our new Medicare Insurance agent made it much easier to choose a new plan for my husband and myself. The on-line process was difficult to handle, so I searched for someone to help us. I made the right choice. He recommended Medicare Advantage which will include our prescription coverage rather than our having to find a separate drug plan. Ken is a Medicare Insurance broker who helped us secure our initial Medicare Advantage policy years ago and they are now leaving Ventura county so we had to secure new coverage.  Ken was the first call we made and he researched and found us a few plans to choose from and gave us valuable information to help us make a decision.
